TEAM LEADER - Cafe

Job Summary:
Greets guest using our 4 service behavior skills. Assures that all cashiers and barista's role model our 4 service behavior skills. Assists staff in all positions when needed. Co-ordinates daily operations with supervisor/manager of Caf?. Maintains daily logs for wastes, special promotions, and also insures the cleanliness & maintenance is kept up for all machinery. Insures ordering is getting done keeping in mind cost initiatives. Stocking of all merchandise and date rotation is being done on a daily basis.
Job Description:
Greet customers using a friendly greeting and to communicate in English. Ability to use Micros POS equipment. Physical dexterity to prepare foods, pour beverages, use cash register, brew coffee drinks. Demonstrate the willingness to be a team player and promote this to the employees. Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
