Job Summary:
Cooks all food orders and prep recipes, including meat, fish, poultry and related items, in a quick, timely and accurate manner.
Job Description:
Receives food orders from the computer printer. Takes the printed orders and places them on a rotating wheel. Reads each food order and prepares the food items. After preparing food orders, places them on table for pick-up by Food Servers. Keeps area clean and stocked with food supplies, then rotates and dates stock. Prepares sauces, meats and vegetables to the guidelines set by the prep recipes and Chef. Completes station checklist and par sheets one hour before completion of shift. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Two years experience as a Broiler Cook is required. Must be able to provide own tools. Must be able to work any day of the week; any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
