Summary:
The Lead Slot Ambassador assists the Slots Shift Manager in processing floor functions as assigned or directed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Protect company assets. Assist guests and display positive leadership skills. Monitor the operation of assigned slot machines. Replenish ticket printer paper. Exchange currency as requested by guests. Interact with players to ensure a positive gaming experience. Identify and inform guests on the casino floor playing machines. Inform guests of the benefits of joining the Players Club. Communicate where ATMs and Ticket Redemption machines are located. Monitor and keep slot areas clean, secure and well maintained. Must be able to stand majority of shift. Must be available for scheduled work. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Previous Slot experience preferred.
