Summary:
Assigns Hotel Inspectors Boards and housekeepers to vacated rooms, inspects their work and checks room for needed maintenance, Public areas and performs the work of room attendant during emergencies.
Hours must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Primary responsibilities for Housekeeping supervisor:
Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followedEstablishes schedule and plans the day to day work assignments ( LMS ) Manage Guest opportunities , Investigates guest complaints and solve guest issuesInspects and approve staff work performance base on evaluations Ensures cleaning is done to contract specifications / standardsManage ordering and inventory of the linen / amenities / supplies ( Oracle ) Provides training / Coaching / Discipline to both Current and New employeesManage time keeping / Schedules/ Vacations / Production based on business levels ( Cronos ) Arrange and coordinates projects / cleanliness and repairs with other departments Undertakes necessary admiration and paper work / Day to Day documents from GRA's and Houseman's and Hotel Inspectors assignments Track attendance and performance evaluations from all Department TMs / TM Files ( File Net ) Administer disciplines (Write ups / Suspensions / Terminations / Etc.
) Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalentMust have string written and verbal skillsTwo years or more of experience in housekeeping ( Hotel or similar resort setting ) Positive communication ( oral and written ) Positive attitude / Professional manners and appearance at all timesStand , Sit , walk, push , pull , lift grasp , bend and kneel for up 8 hours at a timeLift up to 50 lbs with assistance , 20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantlyComputer skills on the following:
LMS - Required Microsoft - Outlook / Excel / Word / Point Multi phone linesRadio ( walk and Talk ) Printer / FaxPager / Cell phoneKronos / Time KeeperCleanliness knowledge on the following areas:
CarpetFloors ( Concrete / Vinyl / Marble / wood / etc ) ChemicalsHousekeeping ( Linen / Beds / Room set ups / etc )Salary:
$37 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
