Responsible for ensuring that permitted guests adhere to all hotel policies and safety regulations.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Monitor and check all guests entering pool and beach areas to ensure they are hotel patrons; possess knowledge of all beach and pool policies as well as safety regulations; assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest/employee safety, asset protection and customer service.
Must be able to respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as make rational decisions; comply with all policies and procedures of the department and company; adhere to Harrah's customer service standards; provide direction and instruction to guests/employees in emergency situations, as well as follow orders given by outside agencies and Harrah's management; communicate clearly and fluently in English.
EXPERIENCE/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:
Run, Stand for long periods of time or shift, Work in hot or cold temperatures, Walk Entire Shift, Maneuver in confined spaces, Dusty environment, Walk up and down stairs, Guest Contact, Reach, Bend, Stoop, Twist, Hear, Tolerate high noise areas, Speak/Read/Write/Understand English, Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold), Work flexible schedules, Work in second-hand smoke environment, Push/Pull up to 150 pounds, Lift up to 60 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
