Job Description
Summary:
It is the responsibility of the dish washer to clean and stock all dishes throughout the shift.
Restocking all dish areas according to Saltgrass standards.
This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Attends pre-shift meetings.
Maintains uniform appearance according to established guidelines.
Sets-up stations and side areas and ensures that sufficient supplies are on-hand.
Refills beverages as needed.
Assists in prep duties when needed Cleans and resets tables and cleans floor around tables at the end of the meal.
Sorts dirty china, silverware, and glassware into appropriate bus tubs on the bus cart.
Polishes silverware.
Restaurant dish opportunities:
Wash, clean and stock dishes Wipes and cleans dish machine on a nightly basis Assists Food Server as needed.
Completes assigned side work.
Assists with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
Turns-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure.
Completes special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
Health card is required Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone; Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Experience preferred, but will train willing individual.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
BASIC MATH SKILLS.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to speak and understand English.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Constantly standing, eye/hand coordination, handling, wrist motion, hearing, speaking, seeing, reading, and bending.
Constantly walking up to distances of 500 ft.
during shift.
Constantly lifting and carrying trays up to a maximum of 15lbs.
at mid body level, for distances up to a maximum of 500 ft.
during shift.
Frequently stooping, reaching.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
There are occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
Work with others in close spaces.
Moderate noise levels.
Walk/stand on tile/mats/carpet/cement.
